Natural Pitches

Every material shatters at its own natural note. Nobody writes them down; you find them with a Hand Tuning Fork.

Strike the fork while looking at a block of ore, stone or gravel. The action bar tells you how strongly it answers: silence, barely, faintly, clearly…

A semitone away the block rings back at its own note, and the fork’s tuner shows the beats between them: you are one step off, up or down. On the right note (cents do not matter) the block resonates: the note is yours, and its page appears here, in JEI and in the crusher.
