Tiers and Materials
Each tier of machines needs something made by the tier before:

Workshop (crusher, resonance chamber, intake, taste vesicle): Resonant Shards from the ritual.

Lab (microscope, incubator, mutagen, hybridizer, converters, receivers, amplicap): Resonant Alloy.

Engineering (ultrasonic furnace, waveguides, machine modules): Mycelium Fibre from the incubator (string + spores, note G#).

Furnace II and III: Sonoluminescent Glass, sand cavitated at 50 kHz in furnace I.
Resonant Alloy: crush amethyst (its natural note is yours to find) and copper, mix the two dusts, smelt the blend.
