Waves
Every source sends a real wave. Its wavelength depends on the note: C3 is 16 blocks long, C4 8, C5 4 (notes go up to B5). A receiver adds up all waves reaching it, with their phases. Two equal sources half a wavelength apart can cancel out; a whole wavelength apart, they double.
Blocks in the way weaken the wave: solid blocks let half through, liquids 70%.
Dampeners stop it almost completely: wool and carpets.
Conductors carry it fully: amethyst blocks and clusters, copper blocks and cut copper, lightning rods, tuning forks and resonators.
Range: 48 blocks.
